AWAWAWAWA!

The animal shelter in Vaihingen is once again hosting its annual autumn festival and this year they need strong support from us two-pawed creatures 😄

The autumn festival will take place on Friday, October 3rd, starting at 1:00 PM directly at the shelter. We’ll meet at 9:30 AM at the P+R Seligweiler to form carpool groups to Vaihingen. At 10:00 AM, we’ll head out together and expect to arrive at the shelter around 12:00 PM. Of course, you’re welcome to travel directly to the shelter on your own—just make sure to be there by 12:00 PM. Thanks!

At the shelter grounds, we’ll have access to a conference room where suiters can change and everyone else can retreat at any time. This room will also be used to store drinks and valuables. Additionally, the shelter will provide us with drinks and food.

From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the main program will take place in Vaihingen. That means greeting guests at the entrance, mingling in the courtyard or at the flea market, and entertaining the children.

Afterwards, we’ll change back into our regular clothes and begin heading home around 5:00 PM.

Currently, spots are limited to 15 suiters, 5 spotters, and 5 photographers. There is a waiting list available.

Since we’re only performing at this event and not organizing it ourselves, registration is binding.
Binding means you must be absolutely sure you can attend before signing up! Anyone who registers but fails to show up without a valid reason and prior cancellation will face consequences from the organizing team.

Due to space limitations, private helpers are not allowed. Every helper will be spotting for all suiters and will therefore have access to the retreat areas.
